At AEA we believe in the quality of education and therefore we only hire qualified and experienced English teachers who have lived and worked in Thailand for a minimum of 5 years. The teachers receive TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) training on a monthly basis and are therefore skilled in teaching the latest in pedagogy. In short, our teachers have dedicated their lives to teaching English to children and adults in Thailand.
